Our History

In its early stages, the company focused on OEM and custom manufacturing of standard excavator attachments. Leveraging local construction machinery supply chain resources in Jining, it established a small production workshop and assembled a technical and production team of 5–10 people. Its main business was the simple processing of basic products such as standard excavator buckets, primarily serving the construction machinery dealer market in Jining and surrounding Shandong.

During this phase, the company gradually completed the initial accumulation of its supply chain system and customer resources, clarified the development direction of its own brand “Xingchuang Machinery,” and completed the construction of basic sheet metal and welding production lines, laying a solid manufacturing foundation for future development.

• Comprehensive Product Expansion: The company's product range expanded from a single standard bucket to a full series of excavator attachments, including extended booms, rippers, crusher buckets, rotary screening buckets, hydraulic shears, and milling heads. Non-standard customization capabilities were fully launched, compatible with mainstream excavators from 6–50 ton brands such as Komatsu, Sany, XCMG, and Caterpillar.
• Continuous Breakthroughs in Technology R&D: A dedicated R&D team was established, resulting in six utility model patents for high-strength excavator booms, shock-absorbing rippers, detachable rotary screening buckets, and impact-resistant crusher buckets. Independent optimization was achieved in structural wear resistance, impact resistance, and hydraulic system compatibility, effectively breaking through the bottleneck of homogenization in traditional general-purpose parts.
• Continuous Market Expansion: Domestic business covered engineering construction, mining, and river management projects across all provinces and cities in China. The company actively expanded cross-border e-commerce channels, exporting products in bulk to Southeast Asia and the Middle East infrastructure markets, and formally establishing a self-operated import and export business system.

• Comprehensive Leap in Enterprise Qualifications: In 2024, the company successfully obtained the titles of National High-Tech Enterprise and Science and Technology-based SME, and completed a capital increase from RMB 580,000 to RMB 3.68 million. Simultaneously, it promoted factory expansion and standardized transformation of production sites, realizing a strategic transformation from a small processing workshop to a specialized equipment manufacturing plant.
• Intelligent Manufacturing System Upgrade: A comprehensive update of production equipment and processes was implemented, constructing an integrated closed-loop production system covering “R&D — material preparation — machining — welding — heat treatment — spraying — quality inspection,” significantly improving manufacturing efficiency and product consistency.
• In-Depth Development of Business Structure: New businesses were added, including customized steel structure components, hydraulic assembly parts, and excavator repair and maintenance. OEM customization has become one of the core growth segments. Domestic and international orders continued to grow steadily, and the brand has established a good market reputation and competitive advantage in the excavator attachment field in southwestern Shandong.
