Our arm body is assembled with 16–26mm thick NM400 wear-resistant steel plate, all load-bearing joints are added with thickened reinforcing ribs. Six-axis automatic welding robots complete full penetration welding for every seam, then high temperature annealing eliminates internal metal stress to improve structural stability. All pin holes are processed by precise CNC boring to keep high concentricity, which greatly reduces abrasion of pin sleeves during frequent swinging and digging. 

The whole arm surface goes through full sand blasting, one layer anti-rust primer and two layers heavy-duty finish paint, adapting to high humidity, saline and muddy construction environments.
